Buy a SiteWash and move it from site to site, or rent one for the duration of the project. Glanaco runs its own rental fleet, maintained and serviced by our own team, so the maintenance intervals and parts we quote come from our own machines.
Purchase
Bolted construction, so the system can be dismantled and relocated to the next site. Lead time 6 to 8 weeks. 5 years on the superstructure and tank and 2 years on pumps and control panels, on new systems.

What a SiteWash saves
SiteWash reduces the main costs of trackout control: road sweeping, water and labor.
Road sweeping
With trackout controlled at the exit, most sites no longer need a road sweeper on hire. This is usually the largest saving, and it also reduces vehicle movements and fuel use.
Water
Wash water is recirculated. Top-up covers only evaporation and water carried off on vehicles.
Labor
Each cycle starts automatically, so no one is needed at the exit.
Environment
Mud stays on site instead of on the public road, and wash water is reused rather than discharged.
