Overview
About the SiteWash 4
The SiteWash 4 is two 2 m jetted wash modules with side screens, set against a galvanized steel recycling tank. As a vehicle crosses at walking pace, 148 nozzles in the floor grids, guide rails and side screens wash the tread, sidewalls, wheels and underside at the same time. Water and solids drain by gravity into the tank, the solids settle behind baffles, and one submersible pump returns clean water to the nozzles.
It is the system most sites specify: long enough for heavy construction and quarry traffic, compact enough for a standard site entrance, and it arrives on one trailer with everything packed inside the tank. It is open top, with no height restriction, and takes articulated and rigid trucks up to 45 t gross.
Where it's used. Quarry exits for CRH Roadstone in Ireland and CA Langford in Alabama, and Glanaco's own rental fleet on renewable energy, solar and pharmaceutical construction sites.

Installation
Installation
Inset. The tank and wash bay go into a stepped excavation on a compacted stone base and finish flush with the road, so trucks drive straight through with nothing to strike.
Surface mounted. Sits on the ground with ramps, for sites where excavation isn't possible or permitted.
Two fitters install it in one day, once the groundworks are complete, with no welding or hot work. Installed by Glanaco, a local partner or the contractor's own team, working to the Glanaco installation manual with our support. Operator training is included.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What power does the SiteWash 4 need?
A three phase supply: 480 V 60 Hz in North America or 400 V 50 Hz in Europe. The feed pump is 15 hp (11 kW).
Does the SiteWash 4 need a water connection?
Yes, for the first fill and for top-up. Wash water is recirculated in a closed loop, so top-up covers only evaporation and water carried off on vehicles.
How many trucks a day can the SiteWash 4 handle?
Up to 150 truck movements a day, depending on ground conditions and water volume. Every system is sized from a site assessment.
How often is the tank emptied?
Typically every two to three months, and sooner on heavy ground. The site arranges emptying with a vacuum truck, and Glanaco maintains and services the system.
How long does installation take?
Two fitters install it in one day, once the site has completed the groundworks. There is no welding or hot work on site.
Can I rent the SiteWash 4?
Yes. Rental is available direct in Ireland and the UK, and through partners in other markets. Rental includes delivery, installation, commissioning and collection.
What is the warranty?
5 years on the superstructure and tank. 2 years on pumps and control panels. The warranty applies to new systems.
