Overview
About the SiteWash 8 and 10
The SiteWash 8 and SiteWash 10 are built for the largest sites: data center and semiconductor projects, infrastructure programs and major quarries, where hundreds of trucks leave the site each day.
On a semiconductor fabrication plant in Europe, two SiteWash 10 systems, each with a 33,000 gal (125,000 L) steel tank, ran 24 hours a day for two years at the site exits. They handled 400 trucks a day with no unplanned downtime.
Where it's used. A semiconductor fabrication plant in Europe, and CRH Roadstone quarries with systems up to 12 m.

Installation
Installation
Inset. The tank and wash bay go into a stepped excavation on a compacted stone base and finish flush with the road, so trucks drive straight through with nothing to strike.
Surface mounted. Sits on the ground with ramps, for sites where excavation isn't possible or permitted.
With no welding or hot work. Installed by Glanaco, a local partner or the contractor's own team, working to the Glanaco installation manual with our support. Operator training is included.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What power does the SiteWash 8 and 10 need?
A three phase supply: 480 V 60 Hz in North America or 400 V 50 Hz in Europe. The pump rating is confirmed with the quotation.
Does the SiteWash 8 and 10 need a water connection?
Yes, for the first fill and for top-up. Wash water is recirculated in a closed loop, so top-up covers only evaporation and water carried off on vehicles.
How many trucks a day can the SiteWash 8 and 10 handle?
400 trucks a day on a reference project, depending on ground conditions and water volume. Every system is sized from a site assessment.
How often is the tank emptied?
Typically every two to three months, and sooner on heavy ground. The site arranges emptying with a vacuum truck, and Glanaco maintains and services the system.
Can I rent the SiteWash 8 and 10?
Yes. Rental is available direct in Ireland and the UK, and through partners in other markets. Rental includes delivery, installation, commissioning and collection.
What is the warranty?
5 years on the superstructure and tank. 2 years on pumps and control panels. The warranty applies to new systems.
